Abstract: | On the discovery of the fossil bones at Corradino Hill, Tagliaferro has found out that these fossil bones belong to two species of land-tortoises. One of which, of enormous size, was styled gigantic Maltese Tortoise, Testudo Robusta, and the other, of smaller dimensions, was under the name of Testudo Spratti. |
