| Abstract: | Newly discovered details related to the origin of the gold-guilt wooden antependium ("paliotto") of the altar of the Holy Rosary in the parish church of the Assumption of Mary in Imqabba. The date of manufacture is published for the first time in this article, together with the original design and a picture of the antependium before it was guilt with gold-leaf, also published exclusively here. |
