Abstract: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide. The two main types of invasive breast cancer are invasive ductal and invasive lobular carcinoma. The most common sites of breast cancer metastasis encountered are liver, lung, bone and brain. Metastasis of primary lobular breast carcinoma to gastrointestinal (GI) tract is a well-known yet rare occurrence with reported incidence ranging from 2% to 18%. We report four such cases of invasive lobular breast carcinoma metastasizing to the GI tract, and review the literature.
