| Abstract: | This study purports to deal principally with the termination of contracts of service under Maltese law. However, it is proposed to start by discussing the nature of the contract of service and the relationship emanating therefrom, as well as other aspects regarding the regulation of the said contract in order that the reader may be able to understand better the phenomenon of how employment is regulated and terminated under Maltese law. |
