What shall be examined in this dissertation is the legal structure of the productive organisation which sets the framework for the distribution of the major decision-making powers of the enterprise. The mutual dependence of labour and capital is a fact of life and it does not seem possible as yet to envisage an enterprise which operates without the need for both of these constitutive factors. The legal structure of an enterprise must therefore still take into account the existence of the capital necessary for it to be set up : no novelties regarding this aspect of the legal structure seem possible. What is new however, and what will be the subject of analysis in this dissertation however is the introduction, projected and actuated, of new legal structures of decision-making within the enterprise.en_GB
