dc.description.abstractThis issue of Id-Dritt starts a new line which we intend to be permanent: with the help of Mr. Justice Refalo, Dr. Joe Brincat and Dr. Wallace Gulia, and a number of students, we are publishing in two parts summaries of the 1974 judgements delivered by our Court of Appeal. The journal will thus, we hope, be of more practical utility to the practitioner, while not losing its primarily academic nature.en_GB
