Abstract: This study centres around Attitudes towards Science of Form 2 pupils, boys and girls, attending State Secondary schools, i.e. both Area Secondaries and Junior Lyceums. Departing from this basic structure, this study in corporates within it , some psychological and social variables related to Science Education. An Attitude Scale was constructed and administered to 418 pupils. This scale is composed of five categories, namely, A. Enjoyment of Science and Science lessons B. Career Interest in Science C. Attitudes towards Scientific Inquiry D. Science and Leisure. Time E. Social Implications The scale was used to investigate the relationship between Attitudes towards Science and, Science Option Choice Attainment in Science Gender Differences School Differences From this research, it emerged that we had investigated a relatively new field of local study. Thus, due to this pilot nature, several lacunae of study have been identified.
