Abstract: This dissertation is concerned with the condition in which Palestinian Political Prisoners are held in the Israeli Occupation Prisons. It emphasizes the serious situations of the prisoners' conditions and draw attention to the Israeli violation of Palestinian Prisoners Rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territories. This study clarify such violations through dealing with the procedures of arrest, interrogation, trial, and the types of the prisoners, which consist of: administrative detainees, children, women and the imprisonment circumstances compared with Geneva Convention. Furthermore it indicates the Israeli Position from international human rights treaties and put lights on the suffering of the Palestinian Prisoners under the Israeli Torture and ill-treatment, and whom are left under circumstance which are not only difficult, but violates the prisoners' basic rights. In order to bring the picture clear to the reader the study adopts a review of a variety of human rights reports documenting the situation of Palestinian Prisoners in the Israeli jails, and each chapter is based on a combination of several information sources, especially the UN General Assembly reports, Amnesty International (AI), Human Rights Watch (HRW/ME), the Israeli Centre for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories, B 'Tselem, Palestinian Organization for Human Rights and others NGOs. Also this study deals with varies resources related to the Treatment of the Prisoners Under the International Law, and other Conventions or treatises and decision related with the subject especially Forth Geneva Convention (GC/4) and the United Nation System.
