Creating a democratic judicial system in developing countries

Abstract

The applications of the judicial laws are the most important method in foreseeing a just democratic society. Throughout the centuries, the creation of laws and assuring their applicability on a society was and still is a difficult process.. This research studies the contents of the judicial system and its elements that are of viable importance in the creation of such a judicial system in a democratic society. In the first chapter, this study has highlighted the history of the judicial system; also it has mentioned the goals of such a research and their significance towards the creation of a judicial system. The second chapter has set that theoretical framework that this research has come to conclude. Also the second chapter has the importance of the theoretical framework towards building the judicial systems and the importance of its elements in foreseeing the right to a fair trial. The third chapter has detailed information based on research of the right to a fair trial and all the rights that are included with the right to a fair trial. In the fourth chapter, this, research has followed the important methods in creating a judicial system to protect the right to a fair trial, this chapter also talks about the measures and mechanisms needed for the creation of the judicial systems. The conclusion has been rounded up in the fifth chapter in order to conclude and to bring to an end this research.
