Abstract: Spectral Realms is a study on the obscure in-between worlds or states that feature pervasively in the writings of Stephane Mallarme and T. S. Eliot. My attempt is to capture the dynamics of their liminalities, distinguishing one from another, comparing and contrasting them us I go along. My choice of poems (and anecdotes), in this respect, is limited to such works that serve not only to predominantly illustrate this ambiguous notion hut to illustrate it more lucidly than others do.
