| Abstract: | Fires can break out at any time and their devastation can never be ignored. An inadequately or badly - designed building may case thousands of pounds worth of damage and may put lives at risk. An architect has to be certain that any building he designs offers the necessary fire safety. It is the scope of this dissertation to outline the measure required to render a building safe. |
