Abstract: Ward Sixty6 is a short film about madness versus sanity in today's society and a dissertation about the stereotypical portrayal of madness by way of iconography in films containing scenes of psychiatric hospitalisation ; the purpose of this study being to challenge commonly accepted perception of madness versus sanity.
