Abstract: The aim of this research paper is to give a genuine account on the integration of Third Country Nationals in the Labour Market, looking closely at the situation in Malta for the years between 2006 and 2015. This research paper will outline integration measures which both the EU and Malta have implemented, the framework for integration, as well as, any barriers that Third Country Nationals face when accessing the Labour Market. It also provides a methodology that clearly sets out the research design, research methods, data collection methods used in order to provide an answer to question under test, as well as, any limitations of the research which were encountered. It also provides a data analysis section which outlines the situation and characteristics of Third Country Nationals employed in Malta, as well as provide an assessment of integration measures. This aspires to provide an answer to whether Third Country Nationals are being integrated in the Labour Market. Through this, the researcher should establish the need for more integration measures and suggest any recommendations.
