| Abstract: | This dissertation attempts to show the effects on Comcen employees, resulting from their transfer to Malta International Airport plc., particularly since transfer discussions have now prolonged for over three years with no ultimate result. After setting out some background information on the AFTN and recent happenings, the study reviews through the two main agreements that have been signed with the aim of discussing the effects on DCA employees of the various clauses. Finally conclusions and recent events are also discussed. |
