The Institute of Linguistics welcomes students of all nationalities who are interested in pursuing studies in one of the degree programs offered, whether as full-time students, or as exchange students.

Students who are planning to visit as exchange students should consult the website of the University International and EU Office for information about university level procedures and regulations. They may also contact the Institute for further information.

Policy relating to language of instruction

All the courses offered by the Institute are in English. It is up to students to ensure that their proficiency in English is of the right level to enable them to pursue university level studies.

Various internationally recognised certificates of English proficiency are available. We strongly recommend such a certification to prospective international students. The following is a list of some well-established institutions offering certificates. In some cases, the tests may even be taken online.
