Registration fee

  • Early bird and speaker registration (before 31 January 2011 for non-speakers): €100
  • Late registration (after 31 January): €140
  • Student registration: €50

The Registration Fee includes: coffee breaks on conference days, conference folder and dinner on Saturday 9th April. Note that the student registration fee does not include the conference dinner.

Note: Students at the University of Malta who wish to attend the conference are advised to contact the organisers prior to registering.

Important notice

Due to the deadline extension for submissions, and the resulting delay in notifications of acceptance, authors whose papers are accepted will be able to benefit from the early registration rebate.

Preferred registration method

Please fill in this online registration form. On filling out this form, you will receive an email directing you to a site where electronic payment can be effected by credit card.

When filling in the form, please ensure that you have added fees for the conference and the optional tour, as well as the dinner for any additional persons you wish to book for.

Alternative registration method

You can also download and fill out the registration form (in MS Word docx format) and email it to the conference organisers.

Payment can then be made by bank transfer (net of charges) to the following bank account held in the name of the University of Malta:

Cancellation requests can be made through an email to the organisers.

For cancellations made before February 18th, 90% of the fee will be refunded. For cancellations made between February 19th and March 11th, 50% of the fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations after March 12th.
