Joseph VELLA Ph.D. is a lecturer with the Department of Corporate Communication at the Faculty of Media and Knowledge Sciences at the University of Malta. He holds a PhD in Industrial Marketing and e-Commerce from Luleå University of Technology in Sweden, an M.B.A. from Henley Business School and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computing from the University of Malta. His research focuses on consumer behaviour, customer relationship management, supply chain management and internal marketing, particularly within a service context. He has published refereed papers and is a regular reviewer for several journals in these areas. Dr. Vella is a visiting lecturer at the Luleå University of Technology in Sweden and has served as external examiner at the University of Cape Town in South Africa. He also has extensive practical experience, having spent several years in industry.
