Bachelor of Knowledge and Information Management (General/Honours)

Duration: 3 years full-time studies


This undergraduate degree introduces the major conceptual and practical foundations of knowledge and information management, which is the systematic management of knowledge and information assets and resources found in documents, databases, and other repositories of valuable content. It provides critical analyses and case studies of the creation, capture, organization, sharing, dissemination, storage, and evaluation of knowledge and information assets for individuals, groups, and organizations. Graduates will be well-positioned to provide informed analysis, evaluation, and insight for various organisations aiming to leverage and maximize their knowledge and information assets and possibilities.
