In terms of Regulations 29 and 32 of the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards, 2004, two members on the Board of Studies are to be elected by and from among the students of the enrolled on the B.Sc. Pharmaceutical Technology (Hons) course. In accordance with Regulation 29, the term of office is of one year.
There were two vacancies on the Board of Studies of B.Sc. Pharmaceutical Technology (Hons). Since only two nominations were received, the following students are hereby elected as Student Representatives on the Board of Studies for the B.Sc. Pharmaceutical Technology (Hons) course:
Students are hereby notified that they have to bring with them an acceptable proof of identity either a Malta ID card, Passport or a University Library card at every exam.
With reference to Regulation 33 (2) that states that:
Students who are not able to provide acceptable proof of identity may be permitted to continue the Examination provided that they undertake to produce verification of their identity within a reasonable period, normally on the same day of the Examination. If Verification is not provided, the matter shall be referred to the Assessment Disciplinary Board.
The invigilator will inform the Faculty Officer as soon as they see that a student does not have the required identification document.
