Talent Żebbuġi is an NGO which was established 32 years ago, and for the last 29 years has setup a Last Supper Display according to the Jewish custom. The group introduced the concept of life-size statues in these displays, an idea which has been followed in the setup of these representations around the Islands today.
The Talent Żebbuġi Last Supper Display consists of 27 lifelike statues all created by their members. An explanation of the Jewish ritual is given to all visitors.
All the members of the group work on a voluntary basis and the funds raised are used to help other entities like Puttinu Cares Foundation, Hospice Malta, Dr Klown, Dar tal-Providenza, Malta Community Chest Fund amongst others. This year the group will be helping ALS Malta Foundation.
