Second year students reading for a B.Sc. (Hons) in Home Economics, under the guidance of Dr Lorraine Portelli from the Department of Health, Physical Education and Consumer Studies within the Faculty of Education are organising an Ethical Fashion Campaign, Wear clothes that matter! on the 2 December 2021 at the KSU x PwC Common room from 09:00 to 14:00.
The aim of this campaign is to increase knowledge and raise awareness about ethical fashion and the negative effects that fast fashion has on our environment, society and the economy.
On the day there will be various activities and workshops including a clothes swap, embroidery workshops, repair café, recycled textiles exhibition, giveaways and much more! Save the date to save the world!
