Event: Transdisciplinary Research and Knowledge Exchange Complex (TRAKE) - Research Seminar
Date: Wednesday 4 May
Time: 11:45 - 15:00
Venue: VC101 - IT Services Building or via Zoom
Over the past few years, the Faculty of Engineering has embarked on a transformational project to further invest in research infrastructure and build the human capacity in engineering related research. The Transdisciplinary Research and Knowledge Exchange Complex (TRAKE) - Research Seminar, partially funded through EU funds (ERDF.01.124), injected close to 40M euro to construct, finish and equip new premises on the Msida campus to house a suite of new laboratories in various engineering disciplines. The project has also made possible a number of industry-linked research projects to further accelerate the research activity at the University of Malta.
It is with pleasure that we announce the first seminar to showcase the ongoing research activity, as well as provide an update to all stakeholders on the progress of the TRAKE project.
This seminar will be held on the 4 May 2022 between 11:45 and 15:00 in VC101 at the IT Services Building at the Msida Campus, University of Malta. Participants external to the University may also find it more convenient to join virtually via Zoom. The Rector will officiate the event.
Kindly register attendance before the 25 April 2022 through the online form. Those opting to join virtually will be provided the link to the seminar at a later date.
More information about the Programme is available online [PDF].
