The University of Malta, together with the Italian Cultural Institute, is proud to be hosting the final event of the EU Project 'PERFORMIGRATIONS: People are the Territory'. This is a two-year project that has blended the power of performance with the issue of migration. Professor Clare Vassallo, Department of Translation, Terminology and Interpreting Studies, is the University of Malta point of reference on this project.
The project brings together European and Canadian Universities and stakeholders to focus on the creative and fruitful aspect of migration and provides a means to join people in creativity and in art.
Two events will take place in March in connection with this project.
'PERFORMIGRATIONS: People Are the Territory', a public discussion by Salvatore Schirmo, Elena Lamberti, Clare Vassallo, Martin Stiglio will be held on Thursday 10 March at 18:30 at the Italian Cultural Institute, Valletta. Details are available online.

On 11 March at 18:30, the Dominic Marcuso Band will be performing at the Junior College Auditorium. The concert in Malta is organised by the Italian Cultural Institute and the University of Malta Junior College, in collaboration with Università di Bologna within the European programme Europa Creativa.
