The International Game Developers Association (IGDA) is kicking off the first Special Interest Group (SIG) Meeting at the Institute of Digital Games on 17 November at 18:30. The event is open to students, hobbyists and professional developers alike.
The International Game Developers Association (Malta Chapter) has taken this initiative of the SIGs as a way for game developers to come together and discuss particular aspects of common interest. The Association envisages Unity, Boardgames, HTML5, and Biz Dev to be popular groups, but ultimately this is determined by the members as to which SIGs live and die.
The first meeting is really the opportunity for SIGs to be proposed, discussed, and formed.
