The Concurrent Engineering Research Unit (CERU) of the Department of Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering is organising a seminar entitled 'Digital Factories for Innovative Product Development' in which presentations related to Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing and related technologies will be disseminated. The seminar is being held at the University of Malta on Friday 2 June.
Besides local experts and industrialists, the seminar includes foreign speakers from Fraunhofer IAO based in Stuttgart, and the Department of Production Systems and Technology, University of Bolzano.
