The Institute for European Studies and the Department of International Relations will be organising a lecture by Mr Joseph Janning of the think-tank European Council on Foreign Relations.
Mr Janning will be explaining the Coalition Explorer research tool, a rich database on the 28 EU member states and their preferences, influence, partners and policies. The Coalition Explorer shows the potential for future coalition building between EU member states and is a rich data source for academics and students alike.
