A Symposium organised by HUMS
This year marks the Centenary of the Sette Giugno riots and the Humanities, Medicine and Science Programme (HUMS) is commemorating the event by means of its Spring Symposium, entitled Insurrection on Wednesday 22 May 2019 at 18:00 at the Arts Lecture Theatre, (No. 19, on campus map) University of Malta Msida Campus.
The first presentation of this multidisciplinary Symposium will address the Sette Giugno events and will be delivered by Professor Dominic Fenech. It will be followed by five other presentations on themes related to rebellion and civil strife. The full programme follows:
