The meeting rooms of the Junior College may now be booked online. The scheduling facility has been made available on the Staff Portal that is easily accessible from the Junior College website homepage.
Rooms may be used for meetings during office hours as follows:
- 1 October - 15 June 08:00 - 17:00
- 16 June - 30 September - 08:00 - 13:00
Through this facility you can:
- choose the appropriate meeting room according to the number of attendees
- book the venue for your meeting from any device or location
- affect booking outside office hours
- view availabilities/book your venue as early as a month before the meeting
- view availabilities/book your venue as late as half an hour before a meeting
- automatically include the booked venue to your UM account calendar
- modify/update/delete information in previously logged requests through the calendar events.
