As a student of Junior College, you have been entrusted with a JC Student ID Card issued by the Student Services Office (SSO, room B104). Be aware that the said card is the property of JC and that you must look after it. The card needs to be returned to SSO at the end of your study programme as instructed by the administration in due time.
Should the card be damaged or if it is lost, you are expected to call at SSO to see to a replacement if necessary.
Additionally, you must present the card to the security officer at the gate to gain access. In the exceptional circumstance where you forget your card, you will be issued with a temporary card, provided you can supply other means of identification. For this reason it is recommended that you keep a photo of your National ID Card on your mobile phone.
Such a temporary card will be issued ONCE. Be aware that students caught abusing the temporary card system will be suspended.
Consult the Procedures and student duties page under the section JC Student ID Card for further information.
