Prof. Stefano Gualeni, a member of the Institute of Digital Games at the University of Malta, was interviewed in an article for Kinfolk Magazine, a quarterly independent lifestyle magazine published in Denmark that delves deeply into home, work, style and culture.
He is featured in Issue 38 of the magazine, in an article called ‘On Principle’, which can be read online.
Prof. Gualeni is referred to as “not your grandmother’s intellectual”, as “he produces papers, gives lectures and mentors students, but he also builds things”.
He gives an overview of some of his most notable work, including the game ‘Something Something Soup Something’, featured on Newspoint here, here and here.
Reread Prof. Gualeni’s interview with Newspoint, ‘Digital games are part of our media diet … lately, they’ve been our place for active socialisation’.
