The University of Malta’s Erasmus project for mobility of staff and students with Programme Countries which was successfully funded through the 2015 Call for Applications has been selected as the Best Practice Project overall in the Higher Education sector locally in 2017. The results were published in the European Union Programmes Agency (EUPA) Annual report for the year 2017 titled Focusing on Project Results: Implementation of the Erasmus+ Programme.
A total of 300 students and 45 members of staff proceeded on mobility over the contractual period with a total budget of EUR 1,101,000 awarded to the University of Malta to manage this mobility.
Applications for Erasmus+ Student Mobility taking place during the academic year 2018/19 will start being received between 5 February and 21 February 2018. More information is available through the International Office Website. Application for staff mobility will be launched later on in the semester.
