The University of Malta's Faculty of Theology is teaming up with the Faculty for Social Wellbeing to offer a new course for people involved in education, sports, healthcare, social work, pastoral care or voluntary work, and who work or wish to work with young people.
The Certificate in Safeguarding of Children and Young people will be offered on a part-time basis (evening) and spread over 1 year.
Starting in October 2020, the course includes a practicum that combines observation, fact-finding and reflection.
Many of the sessions will be offered remotely.
More information about this course can be found online.
