Fr Mark Cachia sj will lead a series of reflections on the Book of Tobit. The final talk of these Lenten Talks will be delivered during the 12.30 Mass on Friday 23rd March, feast of Our Lady of Sorrows.
Fr Nick Austin sj, a British Jesuit will be leading a series of reflections around the theme 'Towards a Discerning Church'. Fr Nick Austin SJ teaches Theological Ethics at Heythrop College, University of London. Before entering the Society of Jesus he studied philosophy, and taught philosophy and religion to 11-18 year olds. As a Jesuit he has worked as a teacher, a spiritual director, and a university lecturer. His research interests include the virtues, the foundations of theological ethics, and the connections between spirituality and ethics. He is the author of various articles, and a book Aquinas on Virtue: A Causal Reading (Georgetown University Press, 2017).
