Sedqa, in collaboration with the University of Malta, will be holding two sessions on stress management.
Ms Daniela Gatt from the Sedqa Prevention Team will be delivering the two sessions on 16 May 2019.
Participants will gain a deeper insight about:
- what is stress
- signs and symptoms of stress (psychological, mental and emotional)
- stress management skills.
The first session will be delivered between 11:00 and 12:30 and the same session will be repeated between 13:00 and 14:30. Details regarding the venue will be announced later.
