The ITEC Programme, successfully running for over 50 years, is designed to build the capacity of professionals through a series of unique training courses fully sponsored by the Government of India. This year, there are 47 premier institutions conducting 280 short-term, medium-term and long-term courses in seven broad categories, as follows:
- Accounts, Audit, Banking and Finance
- IT, Telecommunication and English
- Management
- SME and Rural Development
- Specialised Courses
- Technical Courses
- Environment and Renewable Energy
In sharing the ITEC offer, the Commonwealth Secretariat would like to welcome applicants from interested persons from Malta.
Courses are open to applicants aged between 25-45 years. Candidates eligible are employees/ officials in Government, Semi-Government, Public Sector, Universities/ Schools, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Private sector and also members/ employees of NGOs and NPOs (for specific courses). Individual deadlines and eligibility criteria apply to the various courses.
