With the main objective of contributing to policy demands and development strategies with tailor-made territorial evidence, ESPON Targeted Analyses offer the opportunity to bring the European perspective into policy and programming processes. These projects shall use ESPON territorial evidence in concrete practice with the objective of directly contributing to informing policy decisions and territorial development strategies.
Policymakers and practitioners at all administrative levels and territorial scales are the key stakeholders for the ESPON 2020 Cooperation Programme. Stakeholders can develop proposals for Targeted Analyses and submit them to the ESPON EGTC. Selected proposals will be considered for implementation as Targeted Analyses projects.
The ESPON EGTC evaluates twice per year all stakeholder proposals received by certain cut-off dates. The ESPON EGTC has announced the next cut-off date for the submission of proposals for Targeted Analyses which is 13 January 2017. Further information may be found on the ESPON website.
