A project financed by the MarSA fund of the Malta Marittima Agency and the TAKEOFF Business Incubator
1. Applications are invited from potential candidates for a full-time M.Sc. in Chemistry by Research to work on a project to develop and test fluorescent smart molecules for the early detection of corrosion. The research project will be carried out under the supervision of Prof. David C. Magri of the Department of Chemistry in collaboration with Dr Glenn Cassar of the Department of Metallurgy & Materials Engineering. The candidate is to commence full-time study by 15 October 2017.
4. The Scholarship will be subject to the eligibility of the candidates to meet the entry requirements set out by the University of Malta and the conditions for enroling in the Master’s programme. International applicants are required to present an internationally recognised English Language Proficiency Certificate at the required level. Further details are available online.
5. Applicants should submit their letter of application, curriculum vitae, copies of university certificates and the names of two references. Applications must be sent by email to the Project Support Office at firstname.lastname@example.org and should be received no later than noon (12:00) on 5 October 2017. International candidates are required to present certified translations of their qualifications into English.
