Calling all designers!
If you have always wanted a chance to study coin design and engraving, the Central Bank of Malta is offering a unique opportunity: a scholarship at an international school.
The chosen applicant will undertake studies and training at an international school in the area of Coin Design and Engraving with a view to provide his/her services to the Bank after successful completion of the course abroad and a period of stipended apprenticeship in Malta.
Applicants will be requested to provide tangible and practical evidence of their artistic and technical competences and potential. In depth familiarisation with Malta’s historical and cultural characteristics is a critical asset.
Short-listed applicants will be requested to submit a portfolio and will be invited to attend an extended interview which will include a practical demonstration of their skills and creative aptitude.
The Bank is offering financial support to cover tuition fees, adequate travel, accommodation and living expenses. Additional financial support will be discussed with the successful candidate.
Applications including a portfolio should be sent to Chief Officer Human Resources, Central Bank of Malta, on email careers@centralbankmalta.org by not later than Friday 14 February 2020.
