This year the Malta Paralympic Committee is working on forming its first local classification team.
As a classifier, you will be involved in the preliminary national level classification evaluation process of Para athletes, with the objective of provisionally allocating a Para sport class for local and national purposes (not international). This will enable local para athletes to compete in local and national sport competitions on an equal level playing field.
If you believe you have the appropriate expertise/experience in sports and/or healthcare to apply to become a classifier, and you share the values and vision of Paralympic Sport, please submit your application by no later than Friday 8 April 2022.
Apply online and if you have any questions contact the Committee.
If you would like to learn more about classification, you can find more information on the FAQs page and on the classification page of International Paralympic Committee.
