This training will be delivered by the newly appointed Equity Coordinator, Ms Marcelle Bugre Zanya. This training will be offered as part of the European Structural Funds under the project ESF.04.083.

What is the meaning of equity, diversity and inclusion? Why is it important to have equity and diversity at the place of work? What are the benefits of having an inclusive organisational culture? And how can we build this culture together?
This will be a 2.5 hour interactive session, with a 15 minute break at mid-interval. It will facilitate the exploration of these concepts in relation to:
- Defining a safe and motivating working environment;
- Building confidence and assertiveness;
- Identifying and addressing prejudice and stigma.
