The Office for Human Resources Management & Development in collaboration with the Office of the Registrar will be providing the following training workshops for UM employees for the month of May 2023. Interested participants may register online. Please ensure that due attention is paid to the target audience outlined for each training when registering.
The following workshops will be offered:
- Drafting new or amending existing Bye-Laws

This session will cover the broader context of the General Regulations for both postgraduate and undergraduate awards and the more specific context of the Course Bye-laws. The aim of this training session is to inform FICS Managers/Officers in charge and administrative staff in charge of Faculty Doctoral Committees, about the changes made to the Doctor of Philosophy Regulations. Major changes in the regulations and new procedures which have been adopted will be explained in detail so that the participants will have a clear idea of the new processes being implemented as from February 2023.

Duration of Session: 2.5 hours
