Are you an international student that has had a mobility experience of longer than 3 months in Malta, or a local student who went abroad during the academic years 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2020/2021 (first semester)?
The Erasmus Student Network (ESN) needs your help to be able to improve the quality of student mobility.
Special attention will be given to the effect of COVID-19 on the mobility experience since this is the most important external factor affecting student mobilities at the moment.
The questionnaire has been developed with the valuable support of an expert group consisting of the European Commission, Lifelong Learning Platform (LLLP), European Association for International Education (EAIE), Academic Cooperation Association (ACA), International Association of Universities (IAU) and Tilburg University.
- What is the ESN survey 2021 about?
This year’s ESN survey aims to improve the quality of student mobility. The findings obtained through the Questionnaire are published in the Report and used as recommendations to all stakeholders involved in student mobility.
- What is the deadline?
The deadline to fill in the survey is 31 January 2021.
- How long will it take you?
The questionnaire has 6 parts with questions on student mobility. It should take you about 20 minutes.

- Will the findings of this study be published?
Yes, the findings of this study will be published in the ESN survey 2021 Report around April 2021.
