What's new in Melitensia - Melitensia's Book of the month – October 2022
Maltese Facades : a photographic anthology by Conrad Thake and photography by Charles Paul Azzopardi (published by Miranda publishers, 2021).
This book provides a large selection of still existing edifices and street facades which were built in the past. As lover of his native land, Thake hopes that the latter will remain for our young generations to see, appreciate and keep the Maltese architecture alive. The photographs are manifestations of what the future generations will be able to recall of their lost past. This publication is ideal for future generations and for all those persons who appreciate that the old not only connect us to, but also teach us about our past.
