The University of Malta’s Strategic Plan 2026-2030

The draft for the University of Malta's Strategic Plan 2026-2030 is being circulated across all sectors of staff and students currently employed or studying at UM. The document presents the vision which we aspire to work on over the next five years. The operationalisation of the Strategic Plan will follow once this high-level document has been approved.

This document was presented at Senate on 30 October and is also accessible for public consultation. You are all invited to review the Plan and should you wish to submit written comments/suggestions, please send your feedback on strategy@um.edu.mt by noon on Monday 10 November 2025.
