Wealth Management Administration - leading to possibility of full time employment

Placement Type: Paid Internship (400-500hrs)

Placement Description:

A hands-on role as part of our administration team providing support to our Swiss based consultants and clients. Following a short induction session and meeting your mentor, who will be guiding you throughout your time with us, you will be given full responsibility for a set of task. This allows you to develop your practical and professional skills while gaining an excellent insight into the business. You will be responsible for keeping clients' records up-to-date in different CRM's, generating offers in various insurance quotation systems, perform simple client account administration tasks, receiving and circulating correspondence, performing office duties including filing documents, scanning and photocopying, general bookkeeping, other administrative tasks that may be required. More complex tasks may be given as ability to perform them increases. The internship will be based in Malta.

Skills Gained and Learning Opportunities:

You will have the opportunity to get a good understanding of a wide variety of aspects in the context of wealth management, asset management and personal financial planning such as insurance, tax, inheritance planning. Additionally, you will gain a lot of experience that will prepare you for being successful in a professional environment: Organisational skills: learning how to prioritize in a fast paced environment managing e-mail and following up taking full ownership of individual tasks and following through to completion Communication skills: communicate with business partners and stakeholders effective collaboration within the team cultural awareness IT skills Navigating through and keeping client data updated in different CRM's On-line document collaboration and archiving Using different insurance quotation software.

The ideal candidate is well organized, thorough, pays attention to detail, can work independently and enjoys a fast paced environment. Proficient in English, both oral and written. Additionally, a basic level of French, German or Italian is desirable. Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs and the internet.
