Office Administrator

Placement Type: Internship (400-500hrs)

Placement Description:

To support the overall office in its day-to-day functions and be the focal point for all office administration. To check supplies levels and place orders, when necessary. To answer telephone calls and direct them, when necessary. To open mail and direct them, when necessary To assist in business and HR advisory projects To liaise with suppliers including office cleaners and settle payments, accordingly. To greet clients and offer refreshments. To issue invoices and keep financials up-to-date. To update the company’s website with news and other relevant information. To manage all the company’s social media. To prepare and send newsletter campaigns To respond to all emails in a timely and effective manner. To carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time. This is an excellent internship for persons who would like to work flexibly during summer months. There is also the option to continue the internship during semesters.

Total Number of Hours: This is a flexible opportunity and can be discussed during interview stage. Start and end date may also be discussed during interview stage.
