AutoCAD Courses

AutoCAD LT - Level 1

This course meets the continuously growing needs within local industrial and service organisations for the professional training of personnel who want to be competent in Computer Aided Draughting and Design using AutoCAD, a leading CAD system.  The lecture handouts, which have evolved over our experience in AutoCAD training since 1989, are complemented with suitable case-studies and hands-on practical sessions on industry standard computers in an ergonomically designed computer laboratory.  By the end of the course, participants will have mastered AutoCAD in such a way as to be proficient in its diverse practical use.

AutoCAD 3D - Level 2

This module builds upon the CAD Level 1 course.  The aim is to provide the necessary theoretical and practical skills that give the course participants a leading edge in the advanced use of AutoCAD.  By the end of the course, participants will be proficient in the use of 3D modelling using AutoCAD.  For this purpose, the course covers diverse topics such as world and user co-ordinate systems, 3D model manipulation, surface modelling, solid modelling, Boolean operations and static rendering.
