It\u00a0brings researchers closer to the public, promoting excellent research projects across Europe and beyond, increasing the interest of young people in science and research careers, and showcasing the impact of researchers\u2019 work on people\u2019s daily lives. Adrian Francalanza, from the University of Malta, was one of the representatives for the \u201cMeet the Researcher\u201d event. He was interviewed on what attracted him to his field of research and on how his research will impact the community at large.
