Lousia is a Speech Language Pathologist who graduated in 2008. She has worked in a number of different settings, namely district clinics, health centre, acute hospital and long-term residential hospital. Currently, Louisa is on a career break in order to raise her daughter. Louisa is the Secretary of the Association of Speech Language Pathlogists (ASLP), a position she has held since 2011. Louisa joined the Speechie Project as a researcher in July 2018, after being awarded a scholarship to undertake an MSc by Research.
Roles/duties in the project: She will be investigating the use of the novel SPEECHIE device in the assessment and intervention of language skills in children.
