DESCRIPTION In each period of history the Church has found ways of meeting the needs of troubled people. The Church ministry is that of bringing reconciliation, healing and growth. In our period of Church history this ministry is offered through Pastoral Counselling.

The Pastoral Counselling course will draw, on the one hand, on the deep roots in the tradition of the Church, and on the other hand, on the streams of new knowledge from the human sciences and psychotherapeutic descriptions. The course will cover areas related to the nature of Pastoral Counselling; on becoming a Pastoral Counsellor; and on doing Pastoral Counselling.
